DIY almond sugar scrub

After making homemade almond milk earlier this week, I had a bunch of almond pulp leftover that I couldn’t let go to waste. My thrifty, resourceful, DIY beautylicious self decided to save it for making almond sugar body scrubs! The scrub recipe I came up with is mega simple to make and it smells dee-lish! It also kicks some serious ass at exfoliating icky dead skin cells, revealing beautiful, soft, glowing skin. You will fall in !

DIY Almond Sugar Scrub

  • 4 tbsp almond meal
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp sweet almond oil (or jojoba/coconut/olive oil, etc.)

Mix all the ingredients together and store in a glass jar. Add a cute ribbon or bow for gifting. 🙂

What’s your favorite way to use the almond pulp leftover from making homemade almond milk?
