Homemade Banana Ice Cream [RECIPE]
Next time you have a hankering for ice cream (for me, that was 5 minutes ago, now, and 5 minutes from now), look no further than frozen bananas! You can make yummy raw vegan ice cream with just a few nanners – it’s as simple as that!
Bombdiggity Homemade Banana Ice Cream
- 3 frozen sliced bananas
- peanut butter, chocolate sauce, nuts, strawberries, or anything else you’d like to use to kick your ice cream up a notch
Take 3 hella ripe, brown-spotty bananas, peel ’em, slice ’em (so they’re easier to blend), and freeze ’em overnight. Throw your nanners in a blender with desired nuts/sauces/fruit/sweet treats and mix well until your “ice cream” is smooth and creamy (you can add a teensy bit of nut milk if your blender’s acting fussy). Plop dat sweet ish in a bowl and top it off with some chocolate sauce, nuts, strawberries, or whatever your heart desires (in my case, ↑ it’s JEM nut butters – SWOON!). ♥
Which toppings do you like to add to your banana ice cream?
