A Few of My Favorite Vegan Lip Balms
I’m definitely addicted to vegan lip balm (anybody else?). I always have my lippies lubed 24/7/365 – while I’m eating, internetting, shopping, sleeping, ALL the time! I have lip balms sprinkled throughout my house, my car, and my purse. In fact, I carry three in my purse at all times. And here they are…
Booda Butter Lip Balm, $3.95 – This überly smooth organic lip balm has cute packaging and it only contains coconut oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, and candelilla wax. It’s also pretty affordable. I use this errrday.
Ellovi Tinted Lip Butter, $5 – Sometimes when I’m feeling fancy, Iggy-style, I need a lil’ color on my lips. This tinted lip butter adds the perfect hint of red. The red pigment comes from the red root of a Mediterranean flower called alkanet. How cool is that? What’s even cooler is that this tinted lip balm is made with just six super pure ingredients.
Hurraw SPF 15 Sun Balm, $4.29 – This is a summer beauty essential – gotta combat those nasty UVA and UVB rays)! I use this on my lips, may tattoo, and even my son’s face (when we’re at the park). It’s compact, effective, and all-natural. It also glides on silky smooth and virtually clear. Cold pressed oils and juicy tangerine, Roman chamomile, and a hint of vanilla make this balm sweet smelling and hella nourishing.
Which vegan lip balms are you currently totin’ around? 🙂 xo
