July Petit Vour Vegan Beauty Box Review
It’s time to share my July Petit Vour beauty box haul! If you’re new to Petit Vour, it’s a monthly subscription box that comes loaded with mini samples (and often full-sized samples) from fancy, vegan and cruelty-free brands. This service is only $15 a month for US residents and it includes free shipping (click here for international rates). Pretty sweet, right? July’s Petit Vour’s Beauty Box included:
- LVX Nail Lacquer in Lolli – I’m a total nail polish fiend, and LVX is one of my fave vegan nail polish brands. All of their polishes are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, long-lasting, chip-resistant, and 5-free (made without Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, DBP, Toluene and Camphor). This classic ballerina pink is super pretty and girly – I’m excited to rock it for an upcoming Mani Monday!
- Modern Minerals Mineral Eye Shadow in Vixen – This brand has popped up in some previous vegan beauty boxes, so I already knew this stuff was top notch. I love the high quality, natural ingredients (mega sparkle is a bonus, too), but unfortunately I never rock brown shadows. This dark golden brown is seriously gorgeous, but I’ll most likely be gifting it to one of my gal pals. I’d like to just point out that is is one of the nice things about subscription boxes. Even if things aren’t a perfect fit, there’s always a friend who would gladly swap or love to be gifted unused goodies (gives you mad BFF points). 😉
- Schmidt’s Natural Deodorant Lavender & Sage – Schmidt’s dedoros have popped up numerous times on VBR. In fact they were in a Vegan Presence subscription box that I helped curate last year. I love that they’re non-toxic, handmade, and the come in the lovliest scents like Ylang-Ylang + CalendulaCedarwood + Juniper, and of course, this one, Lavender + Sage. Vegan deodorant is where it’s at, yo! (Psst, if you’re new to all-natural deodorants, be sure to detox your pits FIRST in order for these types of deodoros to work effectively).
- Pelle Beauty Luxe Beauty Oil – Don’t even get me started on face oils… They are MY JAM! I have about 20 of ’em and I use them religiously. Hydrate yo’ skin betches! This nutrient-rich face oil will help fight wrinkles and keep your skin kissably soft. This particular Luxe variety smells SO good! It’s very floral and feminine… so gorgeous – I would like a straight up perfume version of this oil.
