Nails of the Day: Black Dahlia’s Beach Hydrangea
Happy Vegan & Cruelty-Free Manicure Monday!
Y’all, I just recently became hardcore smitten with an indie Etsy nail polish brand called Black Dahlia Lacquer. Oh. Em. Effing. Geeeeeee wiz, this stuff is BOMB! We’re talkin’ masssive amounts of magical mystical sparkles. Being the glitter fiend that I am, their glittery polishes have quickly won over my heart.
Sparkles aside, all of their polishes are vegan, cruelty-free, 5-free (a.k.a. free of camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, DBP and formaldehyde resin), and are handmade and mixed in small batches. Can y’all hear my heart pitter pattering through your laptop (or mobile device)? SWOON.
This week I’m rockin’ two coats of Beach Hydrangea, a cornflower blue holo polish that is absolutely breathtaking, especially in bright, natural light, like a-so:
Icing on the cake – these polishes are totally reasonably priced. A full-size 14 ml bottle goes for $10.75, and a petite 8 ml bottle is $6.75. They’re easy on the eyes and the wallet!
What do you guys think of this pretty sparkly blue? Lemme know in the comments below. xoxo
