Nutri Lifescience Nutri Maqui Review
I’m not one to take regular supplements (smoothie boosters aside), but I recently discovered Nutri Lifescience‘s Nutri Maqui, and dang, I seriously ♥ the ish out of this ish! It’s so friggin’ tasty and it’s full of anti-aging superfruit awesomeness like maqui berry, acai, blackberry, elderberry, raspberry, and pomegranate – think mega-MEGA antioxidants on steroids and then some). 😉 Y-U-M!
If you’ve never heard of maqui before (don’t fret, I’m a maqui newb, too), it’s a berry superfruit loaded with polyphenols and anthocyanins. ← These essential nutrients support healthy inflammatory response, optimal immune function, oxidative stress relief, and overall longevity. The maqui berry is a nutritional powerhouse, and Nutri Maqui is the easiest, tastiest way to take advantage of this fruit’s antioxidant benefits especially those vegan folks like myself. (um, sign me up, please!) Nutri Maqui uses wild maqui harvested by the Mapuche Indian in a certified organic (yasssss) native forest in Chile. Exotic, no?
Benefits of Maqui Berries*:
- Neutralizes free radicals
- Natural COX-2 inhibitor
- Healthy inflammation and join support
- Powerful immune support
- Anti-aging
Bottom line: It’s a delicious way to improve your overall health and look your best! It’s a teensy gritty with bits of seeds and fiber-y love, but just shake it well, drink an ounce once a day (actually hard to do because it’s so tasty – I just wanna chug the whole thing), and be on with your healthy badass self.
What are some of your favorite (and most delicious) vegan supplements?
