Milani Amore Matte Lip Crème Review & Swatches [VEGAN]
Calling all matte liquid lipstick lovers! Milani (prolly my fave ) recently came out with a line of Amore Matte Lip Crèmes ($8.99), and they are all kinds of awesome! These highly saturated liquid-to-matte lippies dry to a soft, velvety finish, and they last for HOURS (through meals, makeout sessions, more meals, etc.). The formula goes on effortlessly (although I prefer to use a lip brush, rather than the double-sided plush applicator it comes with, for more precise application), it’s non-sticky, smooth and smells like frickin’ CAKE!
Oh, and they’re vegan! 😀 😀 😀
Ingredients: Isododecane, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Kaolin, Flavor (Aroma), Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Synthetic Beeswax, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate. +/- May Contain: , Red 30 Lake (CI 73360), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Red 6 Lake (CI 15859), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850), Yellow 5 Lake (CI 19140), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Red 27 Lake (CI 45410), Red 28 (CI 45410), Iron Oxide (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).
These are limited edition lippies which makes me nervous… they need to stick around, yo!
And just a heads up – they are a bit drying, which is a signature attribute of matte liquid lipstick, so just be sure to start out with a teensy bit of lip balm.
