DIY Flaxseed Scrub

Let’s talk flax seeds. They. Are. The. Shit. The end. 😉 Ha seriously, they’re packed with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and they increase your body’s natural oil production, helping keep your skin youthful and soft. They’re also loaded with antioxidants (mega wrinkle-fighters!) and they minimize inflammation, so if you have rosacea, acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, you need to get with this scrub! Slough off dead skin cells and look like a foin young homie… c’mon now.

DIY Flaxseed Scrub

  • 1 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 2 teaspoons granulated vegan sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet almond oil (can sub coconut, olive, or jojoba oil)

Directions

Mix your ingredients well in a blender or by hand. Apply to face and gently scrub in a circular motion. Wash off with warm water and follow with your favorite vegan toner and moisturizer. Tada!
