I have a bit of a confession… since squeezing out my second babeh, I’ve been eating ERRTHANG in sight. Self control, moderation, healthy eating, etc, have pretty much fallen by the wayside, and as a result my lovely lady lumps have become a lil’ extra lumpy. The delio: You’re supposed to drink the SKINNY tea every morning when you wake up to boost your metabolism. Every other night, starting on day two of the detox, you’re supposed to drink the Colon blend (that sounds so weird, right? “Honey, can I get you something to drink?” “Yes, please, I’ll have some COLON!”) right before bed. 😉
I’m currently in my second week of my 30 day detox and so far so good! I’m noticeably less bloatatious, and I definitely have more energy throughout the day, which I’m beyond grateful for as a momma of two.
I actually really enjoy the flavors of both teas, too (I’m a straight up, no sugar kind of gal), and I look forward to tea time every morning knowing all the awesomeness in store. I do wanna give a heads about about the colon tea. It contains senna which is an herbal laxative. If you have any experiences the senna, you know how crazy effective it is at getting ALL the poopies out. You might experience a lil’ stomache cramping in the mornings, but once you usar el baño, numero dos-style, you’re gonna feel just fine. Clean, healthy innards #FTMFW!
