Y’all it’s Vegan Cuts Beauty Box reveal day, and this month’s box was another big hit! If this is the first time you’re hearing about this rad subscription service, it’s a monthly beauty box ($19.95/month with free shipping) that delivers 4-7 vegan and cruelty-free items (ranging from unique cosmetics to luxurious skincare) right to your doorstep. It’s the easiest way to discover cruelty-free brands without committing to full-size products or prices. You can sign up for this beauty box here. November’s Vegan Cuts Beauty Box included 5 vegan items:
Bohemian Beauty Co. Reflect Botanical Facial Steam* – This gorgeous-smelling blend of botanicals (lavender, chamomile, rose, rosehips, and marigold, to name a few) is designed to soothe the mind while deeply cleansing your skin. It’s almost too beautiful to use the way it’s actually intended. I kind of want to place it in small clear jar or bowl and stare at it all the time. 😉 Being the beauty buff that I am, I’ll mostly rock it as a facial steam at some point. For the time being though, this colorful floral medley is gonna be my office desk companion. I actually have the perfect lil’ bowl to store this in, too.
100% Pure Black Tea Long Last Liquid Eye Liner* (full size, $28 value) – Ok, wow… 100% Pure never ceases to amaze me with their potent, all-natural cosmetics. This liquid liner is richly pigmented, like f’reals, using crushed, micronized black tea leaves instead of harsh synthetic dyes. It’s waterproof, smudge-proof, and lasts allllll day, I kid you not. I had to use jojoba oil to get this off – soapy water was like, “nnnnopes”! Also, because it’s all-natural, it’s super safe and gentle enough for sensitive eyes. Love love love this SO much!
Mineral Fusion nail polish in Tiara – Oooh, you know this Mani Monday-obsessed #bblogger gets hella jazzed when pretty non-toxic nail polishes pop up in my subby boxes. This shimmery pinkish nude is so feminine and sweet – LOVE. ♥ I have quite a collection of Mineral Fusion nail polish, and I’m super stoked to add this to the mix.
Shea RadianceMoisturizing Hair Milk – When it comes to hair products, I pretty much stick to my dedicated few pink hair-friendly essentials (including TONS of dry shampoo). Needless to say, most hair care samples I receive in the mail wind up being gifted to friends. This hair milk, however, it stickin’ with me. 😉 It’s for dry, thirsty hair (my hair type is fried and crusty, so I think that applies), and it de-frizzes and de-tangles, too… my bird’s nest of a mop pretty much begs for this stuff. I use detanglers like it’s nobody’s business, so I’m going to use every last drop of this. I’m diggin’ it’s lovely citrus scent as well.
Nubian Heritage Indian Hemp & Haitian Veviter Body Lotion – This perfect purse-size sample of all-natural, thick and creamy body lotion has a delicate, relaxing scent. It has a high content of hemp seed oil (rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids), shea butter, and neem oil to sooth and soften skin. I love that it’s non-greasy and packed with a kazillion skin’ lovin’ yummies.

Overall impression: I’m just realizing all the products in this month’s box are non-toxic!! That makes me ridiculously happy! It’s a lovely mix of skincare, hair care, nail care, and makeup – and everything together is valued ~$50!
