Fair Ivy December 2015 Subscription Box Review
I’ve become obsessed with vegan subscription boxes! Subby boxes can make any day fee like your birthday, and the element of surprise is just icing on the cake. One of my all-time fave vegan monthly subscription boxes is Fair Ivy. Unlike most of the vegan beauty, food, and lifestyle boxes I feature in VBR, this box delivers a handmade, hand-wrapped gift straight to your door. I don’t know about y’all, but nothing beats handmade goodies. They are literally the BEST gifts ever.
I was one of the lucky recipients of Fair Ivy’s December’s surprise, an adorable handmade blue flower vase with dainty lace edging by Marianne DeMartini Ceramics/Adventures In Clay. I literally squealed when I opened my box to find this beautiful gem (I beyond ADORE the packaging, too!). It’s quirky and cute, elegant, and is gonna look mad dope with some fresh flowers inside (need to go to TJ’s STAT!).
A bit about the artist: All pottery is handmade by Marianne DeMartini at her studio in Northern California. She makes each piece by hand on her potter’s wheel and then hand carves the delicate details on each of her pottery pieces. This small flower vase is made from pure white porcelain clay and lead-free glaze, and no two pieces are alike. ♥
