Fair Ivy April 2016 Subscription Box Review
I’ve become obsessed with vegan subscription boxes! Subby boxes can make any day fee like your birthday, and the element of surprise is just icing on the cake. One of my all-time fave vegan monthly subscription boxes is Fair Ivy. Unlike most of the vegan beauty, food, and lifestyle boxes I feature in VBR, this box delivers a handmade, hand-wrapped gift straight to your door. I don’t know about y’all, but nothing beats handmade goodies. They are literally the BEST gifts ever.
If you aren’t familiar with Fair Ivy it is a subscription box for handmade gifts, each one made and hand-wrapped with love. Each gift you receive is vegan-friendly, and contains an information card with details of the artist’s process, background, or inspiration, so you can understand the time and care put into each hand-wrapped item.
I was one of the lucky recipients of Fair Ivy’s April’s surprise, a set of adorable handmade Herb (thyme & sage) Napkins from the company June & December. These couldn’t have arrived at a more perfect time. I’ve been trying to desperately phase out napkins and paper towels from my home, and these rustic beauties are in dire need at mi casa. Part of me was worried that they were too pretty to actually use (team VBR pretty much exclusively eats messy dinners, lol), but I read on their website that they are bleach and iron-safe – YASSSS!!! Spaghetti nights, here we come!
