M’kay, let’s dive in to this bad boy!
LaRitzy’s June 2016 Vegan Beauty Box included:
Concrete Minerals Pro Matte Eyeshadow in Bandit,* $9 – I’ve been rockin’ mineral eyeshadows for over a decade, but whoa, I’ve yet to experience a formula that packs this much of a punch until now. Imma need ALL their shades! You only need a swipe or two of shadow and BAM, all done – it suuuper pigmented. It’s also long-lasting, it doesn’t crease, and this shade is a really pretty nude-y dusty rose that would work well as a base or by itself (swatched on thumb).
The White Clay Mask by Josie & Hue, $22 – I love clay masks so much that I literally bought giant bags of all different kinds on amazon.com for DIY beauty recipes. This particular blend is nourishing and firming and aims to clean, tone, and smooth skin with its collagen benefits. It’s also loaded with Vitamins A and C, calcium, and iron. Looking forward to giving this mask one a whirl.
Manna Kadar Highlighter & Bronzer,* $21 – Ooh, mama likes that this is a split pan! My life is all kinds of chaos right now, and the last thing I enjoy doing is hunting down individual cosmetics in my hella unorganized makeup drawer. This glowy duo seems pretty versatile, too – highlighter, eyeshadow, bronzer in one. It’s shimmery and has a light and velvety-like texture which applies effortlessly.
OFRA Eyeliner Pencil,* $13 – This waterproof pencil is great for sensitive eyes and it’s created with a synthetic beeswax base for a smooth, soft and long lasting application. It really does glide on super smoothly.
Bedrock & Bloom Smart Ash Teeth Whitener, $2.61 – Whoa, this Smart Ash tooth whitening powder has been popping up in almost every beauty box lately! Works for me as I actually use this stuff. It’s super duper messy to use (it’s made with coconut charcoal), but I’ve noticed that my teeth have been looking a little whiter over time. If you have sensitive teeth or you don’t want to bother with whitening pens and trays, LED lights, etc., this is a great all-natural alternative.
*my fave items from this month’s box
Overall impression: LaRitzy is definitely consistent with exceeding my expectations. The value of this box is ~$68 which is insane considering LaRitzy is only $25 and that includes free shipping! Such a crazy-good deal! This month’s box was a hit, and I especially ♥ the Concrete Minerals matte eyeshadow and Manna Kadar highlighter & bronzer… actually really stoked 3 out of the 5 items were makeup!
If you like what you see, you should totes hook yourself up with a LaRitzy subscription.
