Smart Ash Holders Crystal Grid + Crystal Kit Review
Since I started receiving several spiritual, mindful, goddessy-style subscription boxes in the mail on a regular basis (e.g. Goddess Provisions, Sapphire Soul, BuddhiBox), I have become intrigued by crystals and their mystical healing powers. I know, I know, Sunbun is becoming hella new age-y… I kind of am! Lol, I just wanna maximize the potential for a fuller, happier, healthier life, and it sure as hell can’t hurt to channel a lil’ energy via some gorgeous earth rocks, am I right?
Anyhoo, about a month ago, I saw a pic on Instagram of a crystal grid, and I was like, “Ooh, that’s so pretty. What is it?” After doing a bit of research on what crystal grids are (they help bring energies to your space based on the placement of stones in a pattern) and spending way too much time on etsy looking at pretty, eye-catching patterns, I came across Smart Ash Holders. You guys, they make beautiful wooden and mirror crystal grids in all sorts of patterns and sizes (6, 8, 10, and 12 inches). I was particularly drawn to their engraved birch Flower of Life pattern, which is “the most recognized Sacred Geometry symbol on Earth and has been used by many cultures and religions for centuries. It contains the patterns of Creation and is a visual expression of the connections Life weaves through all sentient beings. The Energy of this symbol is the Connectedness with all of Life. The inseparable relationship of the part to the whole.”
I was also fascinated with their Stress & Anxiety Reduction Crystal Grid Starter Kit, $8.99. I’ve made de-stressing one of my top priorities for 2016. Not sure how it’s going so far, so I thought I could use a little boost from the universe. 😉 The Stress and Anxiety Reduction kit includes one Amethyst master stone, two supportive Moonstones, 2 supportive Howlite stones, and one Selenite wand. This kit also comes with an instructional booklet that explains how to cleanse and program your crystals and how to activate your grid. I keep this grid with crystals in my home office, which is where I spend a lot of my time (and where stress often arises). Will keep y’all posted as far as whether I can sense any change in energy. I definitely feel like having a physical representation of an intention is powerful in itself.
