DIY Exfoliating Citrus Face Wash
Temps are slowly dropping, which means dry, crusty-ass dragon skin season is upon us, haha (at least, it is for me). I’ve been using this DIY citrus facial cleanser/scrub that exfoliates while leaving skin super smooth and soft. Smells bomb, too. Btw, you can sub out the sweet almond oil for jojoba, hemp seed, whatever you like. xx
DIY Exfoliating Citrus Face Wash
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 2 to 3 tbsp sweet almond oil
- 5 drops sweet orange essential oil (skin brightener)
Mix ingredients in a small bowl and store in a jar. To use, massage a small amount of product onto damp skin using a circular motion. Rinse off with warm water. Due to the exfoliating nature of baking soda, I’d recommend using this wash only 2-3 times a week.
