Current Obsession: COVER FX Power Play Concealer {Vegan & Cruelty-Free}
There are tons of lovely cruelty-free cosmetics on the market, but it’s somewhat rare to find a product that jumps out at me as THE BEST (or at least, one of the best). I was recently sent a few shades of the new COVER FX Power Play Concealer, and holy effing A. Formula blew me away. It’s super light (weightless), long-wearing, crease & transfer-proof, and it offers full coverage.
Cover FX is known for having a full range of shades, too, which I love. They have 30 diverse shades, making it ideal to conceal, contour, and highlight any skin tone.
How to Find Your Cover FX Power Play Concealer Shade
First, find your shade range (Light to Deep):
– Fair
– Light
– Medium
– Deep
Next, find your undertone (Underlying Skintone)
– P = Pink (a rosy, cooler hue to the skin)
– N = Neutral (equal parts of pink and golden to the skin)
– G = Golden (a yellow, warmer hue to the skin)
– G+ = Golden Olive (warmer and more olive than G shades)
Unfortunately, none of the shades they sent me were a perfect match, so imma have to hit up a Sephora soon to nail down my exact shade. In the meantime, I’ve been blending two of the shades I was sent to come up with something pretty dang close to perfect, tho. 🙂
I love supporting COVER FX because their products are vegan, cruelty-free, and they don’t contain parabens, fragrance, mineral oil, talc, gluten, sulfates, and phthalates.
What’s you favorite vegan concealer right now? xx
