Vegan Cuts’ Vegan Goddess Box Review

It’s filled with everything from aromatherapy oils to stylish jewelry to moon phase inspired chocolate (mhm!), and all of these goodies are valued at $147.25 but only cost $39 (with free U.S. shipping; $8 for Canada and $15 international)… that’s a crazy good deal!

Buffalo Gal Organics Earth Goddess Perfume ($25 value; some people received Water, Air, or Fire perfume) – First off, how cute is lil’ sparkly bottle? It’s a small rollerball perfume, so it’s perfect for travel or throwing in your purse. Now let’s talk smellies. Buffalo Gal describes this as “rich, green, lightly floral”… To me, it smells like spritely fairies dressed in glittery tutus, frolicking in fields of ambrosia. It’s a happy, uplifting, youthful scent. I love it!
Dark Days Chocolate Moon Patty – Goddesses eat lots of chocolate (or at least, that’s the word on the street), so it’s fitting that there were some sugary treats in VC’s Goddess Box. This sea salted lemon dark chocolate patty was pretty much swiped up by my mini me… that’s what happens when you take product photos with lil’ munchkins around. I guess it was good if my picky muffin scarfed it down.
ZenBunni Chocolate Lost Salt of Atlantis Bar – Ooh yeah, this was sallll-ty. Both of these chocolates were salty and sweet. Love the packaging and presentation of both of these. I’m also grateful for the bite-size samples as I’m trying to cut down on sugar. Sort of. Ah, not really really.
Dirt Goddess Super Seeds Wildflower Seed Bombs (3 balls) – I’m always joking with my hubby that I wanna seed bomb our backyard, ’cause why not, right? Well, heyyyy, looks like I can officially start now. 😉 It’s basically a guerrilla gardening technique that allows you to grow flowers anywhere and everywhere. You just wait for a rainy day (hello, Portland!), and toss into an open field (ahem, or backyard) and watch them later bloom into beautiful wildflowers. Mr. VBR used to do this all the time in his hippie days so I finally get to catch up. 🙂 Btw, how colorful and cute are these?
Dirty Hippie Cosmetics Egyptian Goddess Blend Aromatherapy Locket ($18 value) – I’m a HUGE fan of perfume lockets. They’re super fun and easy to make, too. Will get a DIY recipe up on VBR soon! This locket is really pretty and delicate, and the perfume is a heavenly blend of mandarin, rose and niaouli – LOVE.
Dynomighty Floral Fractal Mighty Wristlet ($30 value) – Vegan Cuts, I feel like you curated this box just for me! This wristlet is OMG. It’s über colorful, has a kazillion pockets, and is water/stain/tear resistant (mama NEEDS, mama HAS!)
Hi Wildflower Botanica Hanalei perfume – This feminine floral blend really does smell like Hawaii, and the scent lingers with you throughout the day. It has top notes of pink peppercorn, pink grapefruit, and rosewood; middle notes of ylang ylang, Moroccan rose, and jasmine sambac; and base notes of bourbon vanilla, royal Hawaiian sandalwood, and peru balsam. It’s lush, exotic, and absolutely gorgeous.
Curandera Remedies Kali Aromatherapy Oil – Wow, so many gorgeous scented goodies in this box! This one is made with ylang ylang (helps to soothe anger & fear), lavender (balancing, healing, & sedative), and bergamot (uplifting & protects from negativity). It’s inspired by the goddess of time and change and deeply relaxing, protective, and soothing.
MantraBand Silver Love and Light Bracelet ($25 value) – “Love and light” is quite possibly my favorite phrase. It is a saying that has become a standard greeting in the spiritual community, and I just think it’s a lovely compassionate reminder to send well wishes from the heart to the ones you love. This bracelet is minimalist, elegant and uplifting. LOVE.
NOVICA Shamballa Bracelet ($20 value) – This beautiful handmade jasper bracelet symbolizes blissful courage, and it pairs perfectly with the “Love and light” bracelet. It came in an adorable sari-style elephant sachet, too. LOVE. (← do you notice a theme?) 😉
Vegan Cuts Crystal Nail File – Mani Monday lady over here can never have enough nail files. I appreciate this large purple, gem-covered VC one. It will get lots and lots of use. 🙂
Wise Oak Herbs Sleepy Luna Mister – Sleepy time spritzies are the best! Whether at home or away, this soft lavender spray has a soothing aroma that is perfect for sleep. You can spray throughout your bedroom and on all over your pillow. It really does have a claming Zzzzy effect.
Your Joyologist Own Your Awesome Affirmation Cards (3 surprise cards) – I’m starting to use daily affirmation cards more regularly. It’s so easy to get sucked up into everyday caziness and stress, that focusing on a few positive words or phrases can make a meaningful difference. These “Own Your Awesome” cards are beautifully designed and are such a pleasure to discover. Peep the intention I’m currently focusing on, here.
Overall impression: Wow, what an insane amount of awesome packed into a beautifully curated box. I cherish every item and am especially excited about my new mindful jewelry and clutch. I will literally be using every single product in Vegan Cut’s Goddess Box. This would make a lovely gift, even if it’s to yourself. I highly recommend ordering yours before they sell out. xx
